Meditation

My preferred way to meditate with an Amethyst is to sit at a quiet place holding the crystal in my hands, deep breathing for a couple of minutes. And with my mind’s eye, I place it within my heart center, imagine this violet powerhouse , and wait only a brief couple of seconds before I could literally’feel’ the calming effect of the crystal inside my body. I then imagine the stones violet rays, full of these calm and tranquil feelings, oscillate throughout my whole body.

At a certain point my entire body is totally full of those violet rays, and they start to stretch out through my crown and wrap my whole body in this protective bubble of what seems like love me energy. Try this for yourself and sit with these feelings of well-being for as long as seems good to you. It’s a magical treat for yourself!
