I’ve long been a lover of the Reader’s Digest “Laughter, the Best Medicine” column and frequently guessed that laughter was good for me. Often a good laugh won’t just jog you from your gloomy mood it might also run your creative impulse and allow you to find a solution to the cause of your unhappiness.
