These foods include oranje sap, whole wheat bread and healthy cereals. These foods can cause you to gain weight, or at least not lose fat. These foods can cause your body to convert them to sugar!
Here’s why: Sugary foods can cause blood sugar to rise. It can be dangerous to your body if it remains elevated for a prolonged period of time. To bring down blood sugar, insulin is released into the bloodstream. This is a good thing, as we would all be suffering from diabetes if this safety system wasn’t in place. The body stores fat when insulin is released. When insulin is released, it brings blood sugar down to a very low level. This means that you go from extreme high to extreme low. This low can cause extreme vermoeidheid, moodiness, cravings, honger and moodiness. We need to know which foods will help us burn fat.
