Scientists and recognized gastrointestinal authorities at a Yale University conference cited 61 scientific research. These studies show good Bakterien helped everything from gas and Verstopfung to intestinal infections and diarrhea. Current belief is 80 percent of your immune cells are from the gut. The friendly bacteria are the causes for your body’s reaction to toxins, pathogens and toxins.
The vast majority of colons are caked with encrusted fecal material. In extreme instances, as much as 40 pounds of material accumulates and swells the gut to many times its diameter. How this imbalance happens is multi-factored. A bad diet, devoid of roughage and healthful food propel it; but a lack of good bacteria to process and move the waste is a massive element. The death of the fantastic bacterial flora in the large intestine is often brought on by overuse of broad spectrum antibiotics and other medicines.
Antibiotics are very effective in killing all bacteria except the virulent and resistant strains of germs (bad bacteria). Doctors and the public are only starting to wake up to the tremendous health value of the large intestine. When the colon isn’t healthy the rest of the body suffers. When good germs are diminished, the bad bacteria take over the colon. Aside from gas and digestive problems they allow germs, parasites and viruses to flourish and wreak harm to your general Wohlbefinden.
It is taxed and may even overreact due to inflammation, causing assault on normal, healthy tissues. This creates an auto- immune disorder. The decayed mosquito material creates an accumulation of toxins and poisons which needs to be passed and excreted. Autopsies reveal that fecal build up is much more of a problem than many folks realize. Dr. Bernard Jensen reported on a study of 300 autopsies. Of these, 285 had no clinical history of constipation when living. 285 had clogged colons and were considered constipated.
Another autopsy report from Germany found a similar outcome. It’s tempting to think it isn’t your problem because you’ve got a daily bowel movement. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the time this isn’t correct. The results in a study done in Denmark in the Elsinore Hospital revealed that: 62 percent of those men and women who really had a daily bowel movement still had fecal buildup in their colons. In this Danish study of 251 people, ages 26 to 89, it was discovered 80 percent of these reported having a “normal” daily bowel movements.
Most these really had mosquito buildup in their colons. What are physicians who treat colon problems reporting? Many advocate colonics or colon cleansing to eliminate the accumulated wastes. Many at least urge re-introduction of the good bacteria with a diet of unpasteurized dairy products and cheeses, decrease of sugar consumption and an increase of fiber in the diet. Lastly, most recommend supplementation with probiotics. Supplemental probiotics are capsules containing a variety of strains of good bacteria. It’s necessary that the capsule resists the preliminary amino acids and enzymes of the stomach and small intestine so that they aren’t killed before reaching the large intestine. Restored health of the colon may lead to resolution of other health problems not realized as correlated.
